Inspiring words from our Warrior and in-house Motivational Entrepreneur @markjohnstewart on his Birthday.

"After finishing my MBA and 2 weeks after I started my first permanent corporate role, I told my boss I wouldn't be in the next morning because I had to go to a board meeting. This was a great job in one of the world's top companies. He looked at me like I was crazy and told me I couldn't have the time off. When you're at the bottom of the corporate ladder, you put your head down and do your job. I knew then that I would have to find a way to carve out my own path.

That was 9 years ago. As I write this, I am sitting at Hosea Kutako International Airport in Windhoek, Namibia, about to catch a flight to Accra, Ghana. Over the last year I've had the privilege of speaking to thousands of young leaders and working with hundreds of organizations across the globe. I do this though a business and a charity that I've built to influence change the way I want to do it, alongside like-minded entrepreneurial and compassionate leaders.

The reason I'm telling you this is that I've witnessed firsthand that even in the most difficult circumstances imaginable, there is always a way to find success and make meaningful progress. It's never easy, but the world is a better place when you pursue your passion and potential."
